What is CPR?

CPR or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation is a medical response that incorporates chest or finger compressions and rescue breathing to help restore regular breathing or a heartbeat in an infant, child, or an adult. CPR provides blood to organs, which is vital to keep a person alive until medical help arrives! Note: Only perform CPR on infants who are not breathing independently or are unconscious/unresponsive. 

What to Expect in Your CPR Classes

When you leave your American Heart Association CPR certification class, you will satisfy all OSHA requirements and be sure to perform this life-saving intervention. This procedure aims to restore independent breathing until the emergency response arrives to give further life support.

We have no pre-class prep required. Simply show up for the class you chose! Our certified trainer will walk you through everything you need to perform CPR. This course meets AHA BLS CPR and AED Healthcare Provider certification training requirements. Note: Be mindful when choosing other less-expensive online options. You could pay additional hidden fees or not get all AHA-required in-person training. 

When can I take my CPR certification course?

When will my CPR certification expire?

You must renew your certification once every two years to maintain your status.
